Delay in Visa process....need help guys..!!

Hi everyone,
I have submitted my file on 27 July '12. It's still under processing. College is going to start next week and the ticket prices are at peak. Really worried.
Can you guys please suggest me what to do next??

My profile:
10 th - 91% -- 2003
12th - 95.5% -- 2005
BE - 58% -- 2010 in computer science and engineering
1.5 years experience in IT field -- oct'2010 to may' 12
IELTS --- 7.0 (L7.5,R 6.5, W7.0, S6.5)
Bank loan of 13 lakhs.
Visa applied under SPP category at CHC DELHI
College: Georgian college Barrie campus
Course: computer programmer
First term fee paid.

Email CHC asking about your file status and be prepared to defer to next session............
