Delay in Visa Decision

I have applied for my Canada Study visa on 16th July 2018 for September Intake in Georgian College, Ontario. On 20th August I received message in my gc key account that Embassy need clarification on my Qualifications as they may be finding it not genuine. Whereas I have completed my Bachelor's in Top University of North India as a Regular Student, i.e. Panjab University.
On 21st I uploaded letter of explanation including Online Result Link of my University.
But since then there is no response from Visa Officer. I have already missed my September Intake. But have arranged Offer Letter for January from some other University. How can I ask embassy to tell me my Visa decision so that I can pursue further.
Please help if anything

Hi There! I am also in similar situation. I applied for visa on 24th May 2018. Visa officer asked me to prove the connection with the sponsor of my studies. I provided pictures and documents. I have not heard anything ever since. It has been over 130 days and it sounds like a joke that my visa is review for more than 4 months. I do not find any developed country in the world that will review study visa applications, so long I filed 2 case specific inquiries and sent email no help. I deferred my studies to January and now just waiting and asking for the Almighty's help!

I have also used Web Form twice. I also have January's Offer Letter but untill embassy will give decision on previous application I may loose that deadline also.
God know what this embassy is doing.
