Delay in study permit - July 2020 applicant

Hi guys,

I have a very important question. It may be helpful for many applicants. I submitted my application in July 2020 and I got AIP in August 2020.
I already got GCMS note in January 2021, and eligibility was passed many months ago. Criminality was passed, however, security is blank. Maybe my file is under security screening.

Despite that, in the security section, s.15(1) is on the right upper corner of the security section under the admissibility section and the following comment was written:

UCI: XXXXXXXXXX
Family Name: XXXXXX
Given Name: XXXXXX
Type: security

In the following tread, it was explained that it means the security screening was done and protected.

If it is true it means that I passed all steps. But, still I did not get any response since I got the GCMS note in January 2021.

Which interpretation is true? My application is under security screening or just delayed because of the COVID-19 dalays?

maybe both are true.
The most important thing is that you passed eligibility, you are fine bro, don't worry. but it's weird that it took them so long time to finish your application.
Where did you apply from? Have you started your studies or not yet?

I applied from Philippines (non-sds). I am studying online, too.
