Delay in September intake visa...Help

Hloo I applied for study visa on 10 july for September intake online bt still didn't get my visa after 44 days...my classes will start on 27 August... Please help.....

Applied on july 1 from qatar
Same status
Classes will begin on 4th
No response afterwards
Medical passed
What they will do or how much time they may take?
