Delay in receiving PER after DD

Hi all,

Anyone experienced significant delay in receiving PER after being charged? It is over a month for me and I am not sure what is going on... Any advice please ?

Pass an email containing your full name, DOB, and Nationality .......

from your PER to onward no need to contact them through Postal letter .......always contact through emails or unless you are asked to sent any updated doc.
