Not sure you can make it by the 8th. Offices will be closed for a few days between Christmas and New Years. Depends on how long it takes for passport stamping. What is the deadline for dropping courses or last day that you can attend before deferral?

Yeah because we're in a festive season I don't think I can make it. However, I'll find out from my school the deadline for dropping courses or the last day for deferrals.

• January 8 – Term start: First day of classes
• January 15 – Last day to drop or add courses without penalty fee for registered students
• February 5 – Last day to withdraw from courses without academic penalt

Are you in a program where attendance is mandatory if you miss the first two weeks of class? Will you fail by missing the first two weeks? After the 15th, you don’t don’t get money back.
