Delay in PPR for USA residents

Hi,

I was just looking to know that applicants who got their AOR in August and months before, who are also residing in the United States, have you received a request for PPR yet? It's been around six months and I understand that it could also take up to a year. But a=I've noticed that its only the USA residents who haven't received the PPR yet. Has a similar thing happened before? Could somone guide me through this?

Similar boat, AOR August, 15 days remaining for 6 months, no update on case since September
But I don't think it is because of US residency, I have a friend who is a US resident (though originally not from India like me) and he got his PPR in 2 months :|

That's so strange. I'm originally from India as well. I wonder why the delay. If you have an update can you kindly let me know? Thank you!
