I initially applied for a Visitor Visa for my daughter on Aug 24, 2019. On Sep 06, 2019, we received a request from IRCC to pay additional $50 for processing her Student application which was made and we received the student application no.The age of the application is 11 weeks as of today. My representative has contacted IRCC 5 times through webform for the same concern. Moreover, my daughter will be studying in elementary school after her arrival in Canada; hence we are not able to provide the start & end date and DLI number of any institution for her minor study permit. Can anybody suggest me or help me to know why so much of delay. is there anybody who has undergone same situation?
