Delay in getting ECA from WES

yes, soft copy and hard copy was issued within 10 business days. I was also surprised to see that.
My docs reached WES on 17th nov, 2016 and I got the report on 1st dec, 2016.

Have patience, you all will get your report before Christmas.

My wife's document which reached on 7th Nov...Got the evaluation soft copy on 8th December!

I am also facing the same problem. My wife's and my docs reached on 10-Nov. Till 28-Nov it showed 'Documents received - reveiw in progress' and after 28 the status changed to 'Evaluation in Progress' for both of us but no update ever since.

Hello Guys.......So after getting frustrated with no change in the status, I called WES helpline yesterday. After about 15 minutes of waiting in queue, they finally picked up and said that both mine and my wife's review is scheduled to be completed by 23-Dec-16.

Lets hope they give the desied report.
