Delay in FSWC after Medical Examination

Hi,

My husband and I have a Federal Skill Worker Application still in process for the past 7 years. March 2013 we received a letter, requesting our Medical examination. We have immediately done it and send it to Visa Office in Vienna, where is responsible for our Application. Now one month is left from the validity of our Medical Examination and I have send a few emails to Visa office, but every time I just receive a standard answer.

Now my questions:
1- Is it possible that we still be rejected after Medical Exam?
2- If the one year validation of the Medical is over, should we undergo the exam? although that the delay was from the visa office!!?
3- What Should I do at this stage?

waiting is frustrating!!!

Dear its really sad that u are waiting since last 7 years. As far as ur medicals expiry,u cant go for remedicals unless u r instructed by ur vo.but i think at the expiry of ur medicals soon u will get remedicals request and within one month u should get ur passport request.
