Delay in Biometric Letter (3 months)

Hello,
I have submitted my Student Visa application on March-10 and I still haven't got my Biometric letter.
I tried submitting several web forms and emails but didn't get to know what was the reason behind the delay. It has been 3 months and I am still waiting.

Is anyone going through the same situation? Or, do you guys have any additional information for the delay?

I am going through a similar situation. Applied for my Study permit extension (I am in Canada) on Feb 25. Never received my biometrics letter yet.

Dis you try to contact ircc via their customer agent no? Did they give you any uodate? Or what about webform? Any reason for the delay
