Delay(1 month) after correspondence letter(after medical)

Hi everyone. It's about to be 2 months since I applied and haven't received any update.

My timeline:
Applied: Sep 11, 2019
Biometric submission: Sep 11, 2019
Medical request: Sep 19, 2019
Medical passed: Sep 24, 2019
Biometric correspondence/validity letter: Oct 4, 2019

I haven't received any update since. Its been almost 1 month since correspondence. I am totally confused about what's going on as my other pals who applied just 1 day after me and even later have already received their study permit around Oct 15. Should I be worried? or It's very normal for such things. Should I send a web form inquiring about the delay?

Note: I applied from Nepal Non-SDS. The processing time for Nepal in CIC currently is 3 weeks while it was around 6 weeks when I applied. Also few 15 people around same timeline I know have same situation as me.

I'm from Bhopal, India. Applied on 21 Sept and reviewing eligibility since 30 Sept.. I have also crossed a month now and no response!

Hi May I know what happened to your visa application, I'm also in same situation, where I have received the correspondence letter a month ago and no response after that.

Hi May I know what happened to your visa application, I'm also in same situation, where I have received the correspondence letter a month ago and no response after that.

I received my visa around late december. There were many people who were stuck for 1 month and finally got around same time. Dont worry You will get yours with time. And of course the delay right now should also be due to COVID19. So expect some delay for sure.
