I mean people who have a bachelor degree obviously has a school and college degree, but i just wanted to be 100 % sure that if that person still have to put those information as well ?

If you have certified documents to prove that then you can, though it is not mandatory.

Another thing :

If I wrote same title for "Titre officiel du diplôme" and "Domaine de formation" as " Civil and Environmental Engineering " as that is the official degree title in my certificate is that be ok ?

You should find it from drop down list if not you can type it as its showing in your degree exactly.

In Searching for training field "Recherchez votre domaine de formation"

The drop menu is empty and i can't pick my degree which is Computer Science..

What should i do ?

if you dont find your degree then you should type it manually i think

I can't find any degree in the search.

Am i the only one who has this issue ?

Yes, my bachelor degree is Computers & Information Technology, almost like yours. I think it falls under CS.
Computer Science field is very wide, i think it would be stupid if they stick to Computer Science literally.
