Degree cetificate to be attested or not for ECA WES

Hi all. Please help.
I have applied for transcripts from my University VTU Belgavi.
They provide only consildated marks for all the semester attested, sealed in an envelope. However, they don't give degree certificate in the same envelope.
My query is do I need to just keep the coloured photocopy of my degree certificate or else do I need to get it attested by my university and then send it along with the official transcript to WES.
Please let me know.

Degree certificate does not need to be attested. Put them i.e. the sealed envelope and degree certificate copy in a bigger envelope and send it. Don't forget to add your WES reference on the main envelope.
