degree certificate/transcript student visa

Hi Friends,

Do I need to provide copy of certificates or transcripts with my visa application ?
Is is necessary to provide 'notarized copy' if I provide sealed transcript from University?
Appreciate your suggestions.

No not transcripts. Only markscard and your degree completion certificate should be submitted.
