Degree Certificate (Final or Provisional), Master of Science, 2015 query by WES

Hi all,

I had applied for evaluation of my wife's educational certificates to WES. She has done her MSC (Masters in Science) and had requested evaluation of both (BSC and MSC) to WES. Today i got an update from them and below is the query

3. Degree Certificate (Final or Provisional), Master of Science, 2015

Not Accepted | Details

Reason: The document received is of poor quality and cannot be read.

Instructions: Please request that your institution send clear and legible documents directly to WES.

Can someone please guide me as to what needs to be done next ??

Get your transcripts again and send to WES.

Thanks for a quick revert.

Just a small query. Can I get the copies of the marksheets and convocation attested by the university and instruct the university to directly send it to WES instead of transcript. Will that work ??

WES needs transcripts. Not Attested documents.
