I did my studies on a local college , but the college is affiliated with University College Dublin, Ireland.

The degree is offered by University College Dublin, Ireland, which is recognized by WES, will my degree be qualified ?

No - not necessarily. WES will evaluate your degree based on the local college.

I dont think its based on local college. It is based on the institution which awarded your degree. My transcript or my degree certificate does not have the local college name!!.

Same here, my transcript and certificate is also offered by the degree awarding university.
