Degeee issue

Hello, my registration no of BA and MSC is diffferent . After BA I changed uni for diploma and after that I done MSC-IT from same uni where I done BA but my both degrees have diifferent registration no . Have to change it . I want apply mpnp . Can l apply both degree with diffferent registration no or not .
