Hello everyone,

This requirement for transcript in university sealed envelope puzzles me. My basic understanding is that the transcript must be put inside an envelope with university name, address, etc and glued or "sealed".

However, a friend of mine asked me if the seal means like a "dry seal" or a university dry seal stamp where documents will have a somewhat embossed feel on the document after doing so.

Is this what the requirement is asking for?

For those who already submitted and had no problem with their "university sealed envelope", please shed some light.

Thanks,

Sealed envelope usually means university envelop sealed with glue and has dry university seal on the flap join.
But do we need to send the original copies of transcript to the Visa office or notarized copy will do? I have asked the singapore visa office and they told me eo send notarized copy.

It has to be a university envelop with the seal of that university on it.And you have to send it without opening it. they have to be the ones to open it.
