Definition of "Applying from"?

I tried to look up but couldn't find a similar thread :/

My sponsor and I live in Singapore but my nationality is not Singaporean. Our application was sent from Singapore.

Will my processing time be counted according to me Nationality or where the application was sent? Thanks!

The majority of the time, IRCC chooses the VO of nationality for processing but it's possible it will be sent to Singapore.
