Deferring to a later date for my studies, what should I include in the IRCC webform?

Hello,

I lodged my SDS Study Permit application on 9 Feb 2021 for Fall 2021 intake. However, because of the pandemic I'm worried it won't get processed until later this year. I'm currently thinking of moving my studies to Winter 2022 intake. If I continue with this plan, what papers (besides from the new LOA from the college) should I include when submitting the documents using the IRCC webform? (new study plan? new statement of purpose?)
