Hi,
I was all set to travel for the Semptember 2014 intake to Algonquin College, but I ended up staying back with a fracture owing to a Motorcycle accident.
I wrote to the college and Requested a deferral to the Winter intake, and the college immediately sent me a fresh admission letter.
Now, I would like to transfer to RRC in Manitoba for the January Intake 2015.
DO I have to apply for a extension on the visa before I leave to Canada?
Or do I have to reapply with the new admission letter???
Kindly advice on how to proceed?

Even I am in a similar position (deferring to Jan but not changing program or college). I even wrote to the Immigration office but haven't got any reply; it's more than 3 weeks now. I think the only option for you is to follow the CIC guidelines and notify them about change of college. Check their website for mroe details on this.

Thanks for the information! Do post if you get a reply!

I don't think I'll be getting a reply. I'm going ahead and booking a flight for early December.
