Hello, I have an arrest record from 1988 for Felony Breaking and Entering Trailer/Aircraft and Misdemeanor Larceny from the same date. This was along with 2 other college students. We entered a First Offender program and did some community services. The final judgement was dismissed and there was no conviction. Will this be eligible for entry into Canada since there was no conviction?
