Which webform should I use to inform them? I mean which office. It says on website that Pakistans cases are dealt in Abu Dhabi. Should I raise a webform for Abu dhabi or Pakistan?

but when answering the question 'Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada?', i selected 'no'. because there is a warning 'Important: If you’re currently being impacted by COVID-19, answer No to this question.'
