who told u there r less chances in sept ??? ist of all if you decide to loose the fee and try to apply for any other clg for may intake ,you will not able to get seat in public clg as seats are full ,then u have only sept intake coz if u apply for a private clg then also visa chances are low for may

You should do phone call at your college and tell them that you have also paid the fees so you want seat in may intake

seee ....u dont have any option for may i guess now ....only u can get a private clg i guess ..visa chances will be low ....best option to go for sept for the same course nd clg ,advantage is you dont have pay fee again ,2ndly ur offer is also already accepted so if u get ur offr confirmed for sept before 1st feb,you can apply under older rules for sept too...
