Deferral Request approved!

Hello friends!

How are you all?

I have successfully done my Medical and waiting for the TRV Visa to be stamped at my passport.
As I previously said that I have applied for a deferral to January, 2012 and I have got that approval.
The Department coordinator has sent mailed me a letter.

Now, is this letter will be enough to show at the airport when I come in December last week?
Please suggest me.

You have to show both LOA+Deferral letter along with the other required docs.

what if someone got visa for sep intake(2011)...but he is in interested in next intake(jan 2012)....will it cause problem at airport when someone land in canada for jan intake

Hello Kewal!

If you have your deferral document along with your Sep offer letter, I think there will be no problem.
I heard the Immigration Officer at the port checks all the documents then determines your entry date.

its mean you can use visa issued for September intake to enter into January intake with a deferral document letter

There is nothing called "issued for ______ intake". When you apply for a permit, they give a TVR for like 1 year or so and you just have to enter and get the permit within that period of time. You just need reason for your delay (like deferral letter).
