Deferral fall term to winter, but study permit is ready.

Hello everyone, I would like to know what we have to do, my wife deferral her term from fall to winter because de visa, SP and SOWP did not come on time, but after deferral, the visa, SP, SOWP comes, so we will travel to Canada in December, because she starts classes in January.

My questions are:

1. Should we notify to ircc that we will travel in December and attach the new college acceptance letter? By web form?

2. When we arrive to Canada in December, do we show the new college acceptance letter to the official?
