Hi guys anyone defered from September 2021 to September 2022

My wife deferred from Jan 22 to Sep 22 because of a refusal. Currently awaiting decision on her second application. More than 13 weeks have passed since her application and no news at all.

The frustrating part is she needs to pay her tuition on June 15 and since she already deferred one time (not because she wanted to but because she received a refusal), she now is at risk of not being reimbursed by the education institution according to their "refund policies".

A total nightmare...

What is the real problem, that they will not give you a refund or need to instant deposit again

The problem is that the College has a policy that they do not issue refunds in cases where you already deferred your intake. My wife deferred one time because of a refusal, so she does not qualify for a refund. So now, she needs to pay over CAD 7,000 before June 15 and she still does not have an answer from IRCC.
