Defer letter sent through Webform. Will IRCC aknowledge On GC key or not ?

I have sent deferred letter of Admission (May intake 2021)through webform to IRCC . Will I get update on GC key that they have recieved it or not??

They get back after 5-7 days webform submitted

I received after after 14 days. It said:

We are pleased to confirm reception of the document(s).

We have forwarded them to the responsible office for their consideration.

How do you attach the deferred letter to the webform I have deferred my start date but can't seem to find where to attach the letter for submission
