I have a question related to the deemed rehabilitated application and PR application. I am sponsoring my wife (US citizen) under the family class PR inland application process. We are currently living together in Canada. She has a DUI dating back 9 years. No issues since. We are in the final stages of completing the PR application. Would it be useful to also complete the Deemed Rehabilitated application as well? Are they submitted all together? Or is the Deemed Rehabilitated application and PR application viewed separately? Are the time frames similar for each application? For instance, does the PR application process stop if the Deemed Rehabilitated process is not yet approved? Thanks for any info.
