Deed of Gift and affidavit as POF ?

Hi Everyone,

My Brothers lives in Dubai, and I live in Ireland. he is planing to send me x amount of money as a POF for express entry.

I got a gift deed template from the internet, he signed and sent to me. Do you think its enough ? or It should be stamped and/or signed by specific authority in Dubai ?

It will need to be notarised, from my understanding, by a certified notary.. If I were you, I'd get your brother to take the gift deed to a notary in Dubai and have it stamped & signed, then send it to you.

It will need to be notarised, from my understanding, by a certified notary.. If I were you, I'd get your brother to take the gift deed to a notary in Dubai and have it stamped & signed, then send it to you.

can u please send me the deed sample as I would. Need it because my father is goving me the entire pof?

Hi, I am in same situation. Did you prepare gift deed and sign as donee or your brother just prepared an affidavit with his sign alone? Please help
