Dear all,
I have received nomination for express entry profile however my Work history section was incorrect(NOC code is correct the but organization name was mistakenly wrong) . In addition , my spouse academic details were also not complete.
On the same basis, I got ITA. As after ITA is received, my information is transmitted to CIC.

Please suggest what should I have to do.
1. Either to decline this ITA or not.
2. If I reject ITA, do my existing express entry profile remain active with activated Nomination.
3. If I don’t decline ITA and proceed forward because CIC Is allowing me to edit information that was mistakenly placed before ITA.

I am big pain , please help.

Thank you

You're allowed to change things in your profile between ITA and AOR, as long as it doesn't affect (i.e. reduce) your CRS Score. But if it's a big change, you can always attach a Letter of Explanation (LOE) to provide clarification, just to be safe. An incorrect employer's name and incomplete spouse academic details (assuming by 'incomplete' you mean you forgot to add something and want to add it now, which can only help your case if not affect it in anyway) shouldn't result in a change in the CRS Score though, so you should be fine to proceed with the current ITA...

Go ahead with the ITA as you are allowed to update your details before you submit your application.

Notify SINP that you got invited as a courtesy so that they don't waste resources on your PNP application.

Dear all,

I came across your advice to a question on this thread by Mars_earth, please I have an almost similar problem.

I got into the FSW Express Entry pool in April 2019 (using NOC 0122 which reflects my current work experience). I also created an SINP EOI in the same month towards obtaining a Provincial Nomination for Saskatchewan.

At the time of creating my SINP EOI, NOC 0122 was not eligible under the Occupation-in-Demand list, so I opted for the only available NOC that I had previous experience in during the early stages of my career - NOC 1311 (Accounting Technician).

SINP advised me of an update on the Occupations-in-Demand list via a mail on September 20, 2019 and this update included my current and actual FSW Express Entry NOC (0122). However, before I could update my SINP EOI to reflect NOC 0122, I received an ITA from SINP dated September 25, 2019. I quickly put a call through to SINP to inquire if I can update the NOC after an ITA, but was told I can only do that by withdrawing and resubmitting my EOI (which implies forfeiting the ITA).

When I made further inquiries on whether I can get approved by IRCC for Permanent Residency if I have a Provincial Nomination under NOC 1311 while my FSW Express Entry Profile reflects NOC 0122, I was informed that the rule is that both the PNP NOC and the FSW Express Entry NOC must be the same.

Please advise me.

Should I decline the SINP ITA
Should I proceed to apply for SINP's Provincial Nomination
Would this difference have a negative effect on SINP's decision to grant me their nomination
Is there any opportunity to change the SINP NOC 1311 to NOC 0122 when it eventually gets to IRCC

Please help, thank you.

Dear all,

Please I have similar issue.

My wife got an invitation to submit a formal application for review for the SINP. She has two cousins in Saskatoon, the first was supposed to sponsor us but the younger brother came up with his and insisted that he sponsored him and his family and he couldn't say no. The second has 6 months before she can be eligible to sponsor us.

The question now is, do we just allow the 60 days to elapse (which is in 4 days' time)? Is it possible to decline the invitation to apply since it is not a nomination? Please we need answers urgently!

Thank you.

Hello I am almost in a similar position, I would like to decline ITA but i am wo dering if the points from Provincial Nominee will be revoked. I need additional time for documents. The only thing that will change is the fact that I had a birthday.

Hello All, I just received ITA for SINP on checking my CLB I discovered that I filled CLB 8 with minimum benchmark (Listening 7.5, Reading 6.5, Writing 6.5 and Speaking 6.5) and my score was (Listening 7, Reading 6.5, Writing, 7 and Speaking 8).

I am thinking of re-writing the IELTS to improve my Listening score and updating my SINP application which has 60 days validity for submission or do I reject the ITA and re-apply when my test results is out.

What do you advise?
