Decline ITA and new profile

Hello,
I already got an ITA(467-CEC),but after that i hv realized that i made some mistakes in my express entry profile in my job code
Moreover, i marked spouse as a non accompny,
If I put as accompany my score will go to 437 i prefer that coz CRS is low as mostly i ll get new ITA at 437
I didn’t submit my application as i have 90 days.

Do i decline ITA and apply for new?
Is there any nagative impact as i am changing my status..
Do they compare old and new express entry profile?(i hvnt submitted any docs,i just hv ITA)

If you want to add your spouse and the CRS will be below the cut-off for round of invitation in which you got ITA, then you should decline the ITA.
