Hello all,

Do we need to declare all work experiences in the EE profile or only the ones for which we want to claim points ? I started working as non eligible NOC (under CEC) and later got promoted by my employer to eligible NOC position. Do I have to declare that non eligible work experience in the EE profile or I can do it later in personal history section?

thanks

Usually, non-relevant work experience does not need to be mentioned.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I actually have the same question, prior to my current job, i had a year of non O, A, B experience under an agency company in Canada, do I have to mention these experience in my profile as well? They don't give me any CRS points.
Cuz after ITA, they are asking for employment records for these experiences but it's very difficult to get one since my payroll is from the agency company, not the company that I had my assignments in. And besides i get zero points for those.

I only worked with one employer in Canada but I started initially on a non eligible NOC position and later got promoted to supervisor position after around 6 months. I am not claiming any points for that initial 6 month period as I was working part time while studying. Also the starting position doesn't qualify under CEC. I am confused whether to include this initial period in my current employment or not. Anyone dealt with similar issue ?

Here is the break down of my situation-

Started working part time at NOC C position with employer in March 2014, while still studying.(non qualifying under CEC)

Completed all degree requirements in August 2014 and started working full time as management trainee,

Applied for PGWP in sept 2014 and received it in October 2014,

Started working as supervisor in October 2014 till present date. (Qualifying work exp under CEC)

How should I present this employment history in express entry profile?

Also I have T4 and NOA for year 2014 but nothing is mentioned on them about the positions I worked on with the same employer. The only document I can produce is the employee reference letter from my manager explaining each position at different time periods. Will that be enough?

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

Thanks. Does it mean I don't have to mention non eligible experience from same employer also ? Like trainee period?
You have to provide material to your application facts, so relevant work expirence, age, language score and education.

In other visa forms you will need to provide ALL information, but employment which is not relevant will not be verified and you wont need to prove anything.

Thanks for the response. The things is all my work experience is with the same employer, which includes, initially from non qualifying NOC C to later qualifying NOC B. Should i mention it separately in EE profile or just as one job? Or do I only have to mention the qualifying work (NOC B)that i did after completing studies with the same employer.

You need to divide it:

Relevant:

Employer A, ROLE A XX-XXXX to XX-XXXX

Employer A, ROLE B XX-XXXX to XX-XXXX

Employer A, ROLE C XX-XXXX to XX-XXXX

--------------------------------------------------

Okay. Thanks for the prompt reply. They relevant experience in my case is the one started in October 2014. The earlier ones, although were with the same employer, but they are not relevant to my CEC qualifying experience. I guess I can safely omit this from my EE profile info and add it later in personal history.
