declaring past divorce even when it is not written in my national certificate

hi,
i have divorced almost 10 years a go and after applying for my new national certificate, it is no longer written there.
now i want to apply for PR since my new wife is Canadian citizen.
do i need to declare my pas marriage?

Yes, you definitely need to declare your previous marriage and submit a copy of your divorce certificate with your application. It is very serious.
