Declaring Items We're Moving Across the Border

I have a few questions about declaring what we're moving across the border with us.

When we're listing items, can I group things together? Ex. "Clothes"? Or do I need to list like "10 t-shirts, 5 pairs of Jeans, 2 suits" etc. etc.? And in terms of stating how much they cost, do I indicate how much it cost at the time of purchase? Or how much it costs now?

Also one more question - I know I have to provide a list of items that will be following me up afterward. Is there a time limit as to how long I have for it to follow me up? And if so, do I have to provide a date to the border officers?

These forms are just very confusing to me, so if anybody could provide some clarity, I'd be really grateful! Thank you so much.

This is via Express Entry though. I got the Express Entry Visa.

And it's the "Personal Effects Accounting Document". (I believe it's the b4 form)
