If the income is lower than the lowest tax bracket then this is only an issue if it significantly adds to your global income...unless your home country has a punitive tax bracket such that the lower end is prohibitive most jurisdictions I gather have nothing on Canada..well we get high quality free health care, a reliable police service etc. Come clean with CRA - they have a scheme where they forgive income you 'forgot' to declare. Have you worked out what back taxes you would owe?
