DECLARATION OF APPLICANT .....

Hi guys, just checking to find out if any PROTECTED PERSON who has applied for PR last year 2012, was requested by CPC- VEGREVILLE to fill in and send back DECLARATION OF APPLICANT , one single sheet of paper. I thought i sent the background check with the first package. So is this a new thing ???? :-[ :-[ :-[. Anyone with info on the matter ,would be appreciated ...Thanks

Yes, I just got one too (DOA) and I applied in 2012 (like you). I also remember filling this out in the original package. Is this something new? And at what stage in the process are we? When I keep checking the CIC website for processing times, since January, it has said they are working on application received up until Jan 17 2012. I am confused....why hasn't this been updated? In almost 4 months they haven't processed any protected person cases?
