Decison Made

I just checked my status on line and it says DECISION MADE . I did my did my Medicals in june ,and they have req additional documents in august and i mailed them on august 21 but the status never changed to medicals have been received . Directly the status changed to decision made today morning .


I know what does this mean and i am prepared for it and leaving .

1) I am not sure if its denied or no still waiting for the letter from them

2) Yes mine is LA office

3) I did not see any update saying " medical have been received" so you think sill there is a chance of req for passport and RPRF fee ?

My VO is LA as well, I did Medicals on Aug/13 but my status is the same "In Process"; in my case I also did finger printing for police clearance mayabe that is why is taking more time.

I guess there is a chance for that, I think someone mention once that passport request was recieved without VO updating the medicals on the system....

hi, it's the same process with me, my ecas just appeared "decision has been made". and never appeared the "medicals have been received". it happened just yesterday. but in my case, the visa office has requested my passport first, and it's been a week since i sent my passport to new york visa office.

well wht if the mail got lost or something? or check your junk e-mail folder or you could probably make a case specific inquiry?

i agree.. you should make some enquiry... this is just my opinion.. if their decision is positive, they should've requested your passport.. coz passport is still part of the process, you know they have to stamp a resident visa. well, i could be wrong.. you must inquire about it.. caips will help too..

hi paulharry, after medical they requested my passport. a week after i sent my passport, it appeared decision has been made. now, i already received the confirmation of permanent residence. just gonna exit on friday.
