Please help need advise..
I am a provincial nominee and I already have my visa stamped on my passport and ready to depart this coming January 2012 to Manitoba. is it possible that my dependents can follow me before my visa expires? the validity of my visa is Until Feb. 11, 2012. The IO manila told me if i settle the processing fee and the RPRF they can go with me. but we haven't made any payments yet and my child also need to get a passport. they are non accompanying dependents but they pass already all the necessary requirements including medicals. what if we settle the fees Is it possible that the Emb. of Mla. consider our situations? are they going to convert my non-accompanying dependents to accompanying before my visa expires?
