thanks dear,one thing i would like to share with you that in my experince letter my college authorties just mention that i am lecturer of my subject .and they are hoping for my bright future

thanks asif and cocknbull for replying me.now one thing is clear that they just calculated my points which were more than enough as 73,but due to lack of duties mentioned in my experince letter they did bother to background checks.as they said we will send ur refunds in 8 to 12 weeks.
in addition i v changed my work place and i didnt inform them bcoz at that time my previous working experince covers 5 1/2 years ,so didnt mention current institution and was waiting if they will ask about my current status i will send my details.

Hi!

They must not have given you 73 points. For work experience they would have given you 0 points because you did not have required job duties. Your points would have been 52 I suppose.

Did they tell you that they are offering you a refund?

Dear you are very lucky to be honest. After going in process they normally don't refund the fees but they are offering you. You will get a cheque from Sydney,Nova scotia in 3-6 months. You can then pay in your bank account.

Dear it is good that u will get ur money back. but anyhow i have sympathy for u that after a long wait u faced this situation. next time be careful.

sorry to hear that, but still you getting the money back within 1-2 months,which is good. dont spend the money..get prepared for july 2012..good luck. ;D ;D

My file was rejected for non providing adaptability point of my sister in law.

My sis in law in Canada since 2004, but some how Vo has not awarded point for the same

I have submitted all the utility bills, BC, Passport copy and also PR card.

Can i ask them for re-consideration?

What is the procedure for the same?

did you receive PER from nova scotia before? if yes it means that cic has awarded you some points and it is strange if VO rejected you...
