I have checked my application status. It said decision made.

This is the information that I was able to find. I copied it off the website.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 9, 2023.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 17, 2023.
3. We started processing your application on February 17, 2023.

I cant seem to find anywhere what the decision actually is.

Where does it say a decision has been reached?

If a decision has been made, under the last section final decision, there will be text saying whether it has been approved.
