Myself and my Wife are soooooo excited BUT we dont know if we should be. We just logged into our CIC account to check if our application has begun processing and we saw this. Can it be good news since the processing date is the same as the letter sent??

Mine was also recieved on March 22, can't get into Ecas, but did get told that they opened my app this morning on phone...hopefully soon...
