Hello , i would like to ask everyone's opinion and help about my sitiuation.
This is an outland application sent last September 2016. Last March, my partner that i am sponsoring received a "Procedural Fairness Letter" stating that he is inadmissible due to his dismissed case 17 years ago. He was not convicted, sentenced or found guilty. The complainant signed an affidavit of desistance due to misapprehension of facts. In the letter giving us 30 days to provide more evidence and submissions to prove that he do not belong to inadmissible persons. Last April my lawyer sent the submissions and other documents related to his dismissed case.
Last week, his status online (ecas) is Decision Made. We dont know how long it has been posted there because it is our first time to check online.
Now i am worried because we havent heard from them. Visa office is in Manila, Philippines. What are our chances of getting a positive decision or result eventhough they sent us a procedural fairness letter but no interview? Is this a good sign or rejection?
Thanks a lot!
