My ecas changed to Decision Made after I got medicals received, PPR and sending my passport. From what I have read, this is almost always very positive.

However, Decision made before medicals or even before PPR is most of the time not favorable as it inclines to a rejected application.

ok, if I get it right, once we see 'medical results have been received', the next thing to happen will be the PPR email. After we send the passport, we should be seeing a change in status as 'decision made'. Please correct me if I am wrong.

In a nutshell, yes you are correct. BUT not all applicants' ecas statuses are updated the same. My ecas was In Process for a very long time and I did not get any updates like Documents received or Medicals received after I sent these documents. Definitely after sending passports, the next thing to wait for is ecas changing to decision made.

Now I am itching to book a non-stop flight to Canada but I know I should wait for the passports to get back first. I plan to leave in the last week of July and will definitely keep everyone updated.

Congrats. I'm sure ur a done deal. But what if ur ecas is updated to medicals received and decision made AFTER an interview but B4 receiving a PPR? Is that good or bad? I haven't seen that yet

Haven't encountered that either. I'm guessing its not a good sign because something obviously went wrong during the interview.

Nope, hasn't arrived yet. But its only been 5 days since my ecas changed to decision made. I don't expect it to arrive before two whole weeks is up.
