I saw online status as "decision made" which further says "medicals received, a decision made on your application". what does that mean? I am wondering if they decided favourably.

Is there is any possibility to deny or reject your visa even if "decesion made" was posted already in your ecas?

I wait for my passport to be back from Visa Office, I sent it a week ago, my status is still IN PROCESS, without changing my status to MEDICALS ARE RECEIVED they sent me PPR. Is it OK? I guess each Visa Office has it's own style of work?
