Sponsor or principal applicant?

Principle application, me - Sponsor has already been approved.
My applicaiton is with Ottawa office.
I live in London and my wife is waiting for me in Canada.

This is all very confusing. Will they ask for my passport? Will I be requested to attend an interview?

If you are visa-exempt, then they should only request passport copies, if anything. CIC reserves the right to call an interview, but they usually don't unless they have doubts or problems with your application.
If it already says decision made for the applicant, then that's usually a good sign and you should expect your COPR in the mail (or PPR if you require a visa).

Usually they send the copr by snail mail to your wife, who's already in Canada.

Most Cases CIC do not require Interview.Interview is only required for few cases that does not fully satisfy Immigration Officer.
You do not need to worry as Majority of cases will be asked for Passport not for interview.
Few People i have known were requested for Passport within 15 days.But it might differ for Visa office.
