Not likely. They would have asked for MR before deciding on your application. Unless the update was a mistake by CIC, it is most likely a rejection.

if you don't mind,​

can you please answer the following Qs, it will help seniors to "actually understand" the reasons for rejections...!

1- why your signature show that you are on vacation...?
2- does it means as soon as you applied visa, you left the job?
3- without AOE.... what do you think how many points you have ......67 or less?
4- who was your employer in Canada..... i mean big or small company...? was your offer APPROVED?
5- how they hired you.......(because 0113 is very senior and responsible position, as per my experience you will not get this position if you ONLY apply online, while living out of Canada, this is the key position which play a vital role for the success, as you are 0113 applicant so i hope you are understanding what i am saying)

so again please don't mind....i am only trying to figure out the "ACTUAL CAUSE" of rejection.
