If they requested your medicals and you have already received an RPRF request , Then everything is on the positive side.

You can start waiting for your PPR

Yes they asked me to pay the fee last week. I did it. So should I wait for I didn't get it sorry

Ya, don't worry. If it changed to Decision Made after they've received the medicals and you've
payed the RPRF, then your application has most likely been approved.
You'll receive the PPR shortly and if you are from a visa exempt country, you will receive the CPR instead.

What is exempt country? Is that a country, that their citizens don't need visa's to come to canada as a visitor? And what is CPR-Canadian Permanent Resident card?

Yes, citizens from a visa exempt country do not need a visa to enter Canada.
