Hey bro when did your file got IN PROCESS. Any idea after that how much time gap in there in between of INPROCESS - DECISION MADE -PPR

1- Nous avons reçu votre demande de résidence permanente le 20 septembre 2013.
2- Nous avons commencé le traitement de votre demande le 31 mars 2014.
3- Les résultats médicaux ont été reçus.
4- Le 15 mai 2014: Votre dossier a été transféré au Centre de traitement des dossiers à Ottawa pour continuation de l’examen.
5- Une décision a été prise concernant votre demande. Le bureau communiquera avec vous à ce sujet. -- En date du 19 juin 2014

Hi Mehdi85,

It's extremely long since your status has been changed to decision made...almost 2.5 months. If you are in Canada, you can call CIC service center at 1-888-242-2100. Remember, you CAN NOT call this number from out side Canada. If you are out side Canada, you can ask somebody (your friends or relatives) to call CIC service center to know the status of your case on behalf of you.

Did you check your junk mail box all these days? There is always a chance that your PPR email might have gone to junk mail directly. Anyway, try to contact CIC immediately.
